Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns at this time. If your product Is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us via the contact form and we will endeavour to help you out as much as possible !

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping duration?

We aim to fill our orders within 1-5 business days. Shipping to metro areas can typically take up to 5 - 7 business days once you receive your tracking number.
Please bare with us. As perfumes are considered flammable, they cannot be shipped via air travel; therefore we are carefully ensuring your perfume is delivered via road travel.

Faulty bottle?

This doesn't sound good, we pride ourselves on our delivery and quality of product if something doesn't seem right, please contact us via the contact form within 30 days of receiving your bottle and we'll do our best to assist.

We will ask for proof of purchase and photos showcasing the damage or fault. A replacement may be sent at our discretion depending on the situation.

Do you ship Internationally?
